I really wish you would expand your list of acceptable words. There are many legitimate words your game doesn't recognize.
We do add words to the list over time so keep suggestions coming. A couple of notes though: Words that are only used as proper nouns are not valid. June is an example. So names of places, people, days of week or month, etc. Some proper nouns have a non-proper usage such as joe. “He’s and ordinary joe”.
Also its often the placement of the letters forming other words. Ugly is certainly a valid word but there was likely another word being formed at same time by adjacent tiles. You can tap the play button (even though it looks inactive) at any time and it will tell you what word is not valid.
Thanks for playing!
If I buy something I don't like I should be able to return it
Equally there are alot of words allowed that you would not find in the dictionary. i often play a word i think Ive made up and its accepted
Most verbs can have an er or ed added. You should learn more about English language. Archaic words are accepted -ridiculous

I couldn't play "June"!??
Agree completely. Legitimate high scoring words are not accepted and ridiculous two letter, foreign, and proper nouns are, in addition to several crazy “letter combinations “ (I will not even call them words) that are not in the games own dictionary. Needs a serious update!
Tried using the word Paige, it’s invalid....
Like shit and shitty!
what puzzles and annoys me at the same time is why are 5, 6, and 7 letter words accepted and not the simple 2 and 3 letter ones that are in the scrabble dictionary..( too many to mention). And I've seen some pretty wild ones here..
Ugly is a fruit and the plural is ugliest. Add please.

Many words not recognized
I agree here, definitely have had words unrecognized. Most recent one: “ferry”, as in, “let’s take the ferry to the mainland”.
Oh boy I just found my new best friends here!! Very inconsistent. Some words work on one puzzle and then not allowed on others. CRAZY!!
Ridiculous and unfair use of archaic and foreign words and sometimes words are accepted and other times not, and real words are unrecognized. This game is skewed to make money when it could be fun and fair.
X-RAY doesn’t need the hyphen!
Taoism. The religious traditional of living in harmony with the Tao. They are literally ignoring an entire religion.
