Verify device, Support response, No Answer from us?

Sometimes emails sent by our system can be flagged as junk mail.   If you submitted a problem to support or if you are logging on to a new device and were told that an email was sent to you be sure to look in junk mail.  We are still able to respond pretty quickly to all inquiries so if you don't see a response its probably just having trouble getting to you. Also be sure that the email you see in the support system is a valid email for you that will receive messages.
