You do realize that this is a game played world wide with multiple time zones, right? Also, people do have lives, jobs, etc. maybe you should ask your player up front if they can do this and if not decline. I think you won't be playing much and will miss out on the opportunity to meet and learn a lot from others. Too bad -- sounds like you are really into an action game vs word game? Maybe you should consider inventing your own game and call it 24 Hours Only for those who want it to be quick and fast.

I get beat regularly by several players. I don't accuse them of cheating -- I use the lovely dictionary feature to look up the words I don't know and learn. I thank them for continuing to challenge me and make me a better player. I have however had some very rude children who play and one sent a message to me that I was an adult playing their game and they weren't going to play me. I responded that was fine and I suggested they resign the game but got a childish response ("you joined my child's game -- you get out) and I have resigned those games and blocked those players so that they wouldn't be chosen at random again. I did let that person know that lots of adults play this game and they would run into adults again. For the mist part I find mist people just enjoy the game and enjoy learning from each other. It's an intellectual game with the reward of learning new words. I agree with a lot of what has been said regarding not being eaten up with the competitiveness but enjoying the game. At least that's how it works for me (just look at my scores and you can see that! LOL).

It is balance we work on. For those that don’t want to buy coins the Free Coins tapjoy options such as downloading apps for coins are quite popular.

One issue with coins for winning is the potential to motivate some players to cheat in order to more rapidly farm coins.

Most of the core features of the game are free to play. It allows free multiplayer games and you earn coins while playing or can do some of the free coins options such as Tapjoy. The paid version also removes ads, provides bonus coins and does not require tickets for Chumbot games. For people who want to utilize all of the features and customizations in can take extra coins. Creating and running quality games such as Word Chums takes hundreds of thousands of dollars so at some point we hope it is interesting enough for people to spend money on…
